The Mentoring Partnership of Minnesota's mission is to lead the state in building and sustaining quality mentoring for every child.

October 19, 2009-Save The Date!  10th Annual Minnesota Mentoring Conference, Partnership for Quality: Mentoring's Next Ten Years featuring Keynote Speaker Michael Karcher.  Michael Karcher, Ph.D., Ed.D., is Associate Professor in the College of Education and Human Development at University of Texas-San Antonio.  Dr. Karcher is the author of numerous articles on mentoring in school settings and co-editor of the landmark Handbook of Youth Mentoring.  Get a preview of Dr. Karcher, our exciting, dynamic keynote speaker who makes research come to life.  Dr. Karcher will be participating in MPM's July 8th Research In Action webinar about School-Based Mentoring. Register here

Congratulations to MPM Executive Director Joellen Gonder-Spacek!  Joellen was recently chosen for a Bush Foundation Leadership Fellowship which allows her to pursue a master’s degree at the University of Minnesota Humphrey Institute in public affairs and non-profit leadership, and conduct a research project on leadership in state mentoring partnership.  Read more.
